We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Tele sales Executive to join our Real Estate & Construction sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, explaining property details to customers, and converting inquiries into site visits and bookings through effective telephonic communication.
Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to inbound inquiries
Explain real estate project details, pricing, and offers clearly to clients
Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for the sales team
Follow up with customers regularly to close sales opportunities
Maintain accurate customer data and call records in CRM systems
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for campaign follow-ups
Handle customer objections professionally and build strong rapport
Strong communication and convincing skills in English and regional language(s)
Prior experience in Tele Sales / Tele Calling / customer support is preferred
Basic understanding of real estate or construction projects (training provided)
Ability to handle rejection and work under sales target.
Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
