Job Description
Purpose :
- To train participants from the beginning with a member centric service to sell approach, which should prepare them with better member/client engagement during & post the sales, there by enabling them to perform better.
- Terms of Employment:Participants will be hired as (on the job) sales trainees for a period of 3 months from the date of joining.
- Understand business requirements of the prospects.
- Must be able to independently front face meetings / discussion with prospective customers and make a difference.
- Respond to customer inquiries and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
- Following up leads generated both new and past.
- Generating own leads by way of customer to customer. & through cold call in the assigned area.
- Submitting daily reports to sales head.
- Explain benefits and create interact of potential customer.
- Generating new prospect every week as per the target assigned.
