Sales Travel Consultant

We are looking for travel enthusiasts to join our team and help clients around the world in

discovering and selling exciting safari tours to Africa. Travel consultant will be responsible for

managing inbound qualified leads through the entire sales cycle.

Requirements:

● Strong verbal and written communication skills

● Excellent customer service skills and negotiation skills

● Organization and time management skills

● Self motivated and quick learner

● Well travelled with a love for nature and wildlife or outdoor activities

● Experience in selling travel products is helpful but not required

Main Job Tasks & Responsibilities:

● Develop strong client relationship with qualified clients from across the world

● Qualify and pro-actively follow-up with prospective clients to ensure they progress through

the sales cycle

● Ask the right questions to discover the needs of potential travelers

● Be available to attend clients mails/calls at all times with the aspiration to provide trip of a

lifetime

● Monitor client issues, feedback and ensure issues are handled effectively and quickly

● Track competition and learn from their processes and feedback

● No field work is involved in this job

Education & Experience:

● University education - any graduate

● Computer/ technology literate - able to use basic computer applications, including docs,

spreadsheets or excel, etc.

● Experience in a small and/ or startup company is a bonus.

Salary: Rs. 21,000-30,000 per month based on performance upon employment confirmation
