The candidate should be conceptually strong, excellent in communication and motivation with a “can-do” attitude. He should be able to implement FMCG systems and process, action-oriented, self-starter and willing to work hard in a challenging environment.
Age: Between 28 to 38 years
Education: Graduate, MBA [institute ranking from 20 to 40]
Experience: 3 to 5 years as a sales executive in a medium-size
FMCG. He should have managed a team of 5 to 7 company paid salespeople in his current assignment.
Company identity: Regional if food company or National If FMCG.
Brand name: Reputed.
Geographical working experience: Indore, MP, Chhattisgarh.
Job profile: Field job.
Proficiency of language: Good command in speaking and writing in English and Hindi.
