Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced SAP ABAP Trainer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP ABAP programming and extensive experience in delivering training sessions to corporate clients or internal teams. As an SAP ABAP Trainer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive ABAP training programs tailored to meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities:

Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and create targeted training programs.
Design and develop training materials such as presentations, exercises, and assessments.
Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on SAP ABAP programming concepts and best practices.
Customize training content based on the audience's skill level and specific requirements.
Provide hands-on demonstrations and exercises to reinforce learning.
Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments and feedback.
Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to ensure training objectives are met.
Stay updated with the latest developments in SAP ABAP and incorporate relevant updates into training programs.
Maintain training documentation and records.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
SAP ABAP certification is preferred.
Proven work experience as an SAP ABAP Consultant or Developer.
Strong understanding of SAP ABAP programming concepts, including report programming, dialog programming, ALV, BAPIs, user exits, and enhancements.
Experience in designing and delivering training programs for corporate clients or internal teams.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Certification or training experience in adult learning principles or instructional design is a plus.
Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite training sessions (if applicable)
