Technical Skills
15+ years of experience with strong expertise as an SAP Data architect, including SAP S4 HANA and AFS, with coverage of several modules such as MM/SD/FICO, SAP CAR etc. Proven experience in extraction and modelling in SAP BW, SAP HANA/Datasphere/ BDC and building modelled reporting solutions
Good working experience in integration of data via BODS/SAP CPI/ SLT & event/ message-based integration
Understanding of microservices, REST/SOAP APIs
Experience in reporting & visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, SAP BOBJ, Bex etc).
Good to have: Knowledge and exposure in Databricks data architecture and data engineering using pyspark. Ability to navigate, troubleshoot and design data onboarding and support data architecture for data products in Databricks, for consumption of ML and visualisation
Experience with conceptual and logical data modelling covering data entities or information architecture (e.g Lucid Diagrams or ERwin, PowerDesigner)
Exposure to managing and maintaining meta-data and data architecture lineages with data catalog such as Alation/ Collibra/ Purview and DQ and observability platforms
