Team is responsible for implementing Customer Facing IT solutions in Asia Pacific. The Team works on different technologies like SAP - Sales & Distribution,S/4 HANA, SAP Hybris, SAP IS-Retail, Hybris eCommerce, C4C (Cloud for customer) etc.The key role of this team is to ensure rollout of Global Applications and deliver groundbreaking consumer grade applications to increase operational efficiency & effectiveness..The Team plays a key role as IT Ambassador to Business Stakeholders in Asia Pacific.
Purpose & Accountabilities
Team is responsible for implementing Customer Facing IT solutions in Asia Pacific. The Team works on different technologies like SAP - Sales & Distribution,S/4 HANA, SAP Hybris, SAP IS-Retail, Hybris eCommerce, C4C (Cloud for customer) etc.The key role of this team is to ensure rollout of Global Applications and deliver groundbreaking consumer grade applications to increase operational efficiency & effectiveness..The Team plays a key role as IT Ambassador to Business Stakeholders in Asia Pacific.
Purpose & Accountabilities
- The Incubent will work on configuring & delivering solutions for Asia Pacific Business
- He/She should be flexible to work on any technology
- He/She will be responsible to work on ATLAS [ Customer Planning Tool], Instance Consolidation [ S/4 HANA], Cloud for Customer [C4C] & continuous improvement / sustainability Initiatives.
- He/She should understand core business processes, give solutions and ensure that applications are being utilized by the teams on the ground
- Being the voice of the Asia pacific subsidiaries to the Global team to ensure that subsidiary inputs are considered while building global IT bundles is an important aspect of this role
- He/She should be an expert in configuration in SAP /S/4 HANA[Sales & Distribution]: - Order to Cash, Pricing, Rebates to provide robust solution
- He/She should be able to identify test scope, perform testing , maintain training & technical design documentation
- Work closely with internal team and external partners to ensure new developments align with roadmap and integrate seamlessly with other platform components
- Collaborate with project partners and be agile to ensure all requirements are met
- Support ongoing development for existing projects/applications
- Find opportunities to use new technologies to enhance applications.
- Identify areas of improvement & use technology to make valuable contributions to business and IT as an organization
- He/he should identify test scope, perform testing, maintain training & technical design documentation
- Follow the GIT 5 Step Methodologies. Support the application post go-live and ensure a proper handover is completed to support team

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Engineering or similar degree
- Minimum 4+ years’ experience developing and deploying complete applications.
- Minimum 2+ full product life cycle releases
- Good Programming skills would be an added advantage.
- Self learner, takes initiative & can resolve issues through analysis & problem solving techniques
- You should be a good communicator & be open to work with different partners
- Understanding/Experience of developing applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Understanding/Experience working on Agile/SCRUM development teams
- Understanding/Experience of using user centric design and applying User Experience concepts
