Job Description:
- Able to Deal with SAS Components like Macros, SQL, Stat, BASE etc.
- Able to Create and develop of all training materials: trainer guides, manuals and instructor/participant materials including outlines, text, handouts, and tests, and designs laboratory exercises.
- Support and lead classroom activities, end- to- end. This includes: Preparing for each class by testing access, ensuring training materials are accurate and current, ensure functionality of training environments and class examples to ensure the success of hands- on exercises and use- case scenarios.
- Conduct surveys during and after the class and complete Training Reports for each training class session.
- Conduct webinars for the user community during monthly forums to highlight and/or introduce best practices and functionality, address common pain points and problems.
