- Good understanding of banking needs of various customer segments.
- Maintain up-to-date information of competitor’s offerings in Banking domain.
- Carry out time-to-time SWOT analysis of Bank offerings.
- Strategize and innovate to maintain competitive edge
KEY RESPONSIBILTY AREAS
- Market scanning- tracking Bank’s market share in deposits and advances.
- Analysis of competitors strengths and weaknesses.
- Studying other banks products.
- Identifying areas where the Bank needs to improve for better positioning within the market.
- Innovative ideation.
- Scenario analysis.
- Preparing case studies, approach papers and presentations on various subjects.
- Any other work entrusted as per exigencies.
