Job Description
ICRISAT seeks applications from Indian nationals for the post of Scientific Officer with World Vegetable Center, in Jharkhand.
Competencies: Good working knowledge of agriculture especially vegetable cultivation in the respective state; Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi;Proficiency in the use of various software applications (MS Word, MS Excel) and exposure to handling variety evaluation trials;Energetic and enthusiastic personality with an urge to improve agricultural systems;Strong team player and willing to work as part of an extended team comprising several agencies.
Requirements:Master degree in Agriculture/Horticulture and at least 2 years’ working experience in projects related to vegetables.
