RECRUITMENT – SCIENTIFIC SALES EXECUTIVE - MEDICAL REPRESENTATIVE

Position is for the first line in sales.
JOB DESCRIPTION: -
You will be responsible for Sales and Marketing of our Dermo-cosmetic Products to Various Specialties of Doctors.
We require B-Pharma/B.Sc (Biology, Biotech, and Botany) fresh graduates or candidates having below one year of work experience.
Excellent English Communication and thorough Scientific Knowledge is a MUST.
1. Establish the concepts of all products and effectively communicate them to doctors.
2. Utilize selling skills effectively to generate the demand and business from doctors.
3. Execute the plan, agreed with Scientific Sales Manager, effectively and give regular feedback regarding the same.
4. Conduct CMEs and group meetings as agreed.
5. Focus on updating one’s knowledge and skill.
6. Achieve Sales as well as Activity Targets.
7. Develop KOLs on basis of business and clinical interests.

Compensation:
Fresher Graduates - CTC will be INR 3,25,000/- per annum plus allowances, mobile expenses, and unique incentives, also Rs. 450 as daily allowances which is approx. Rs. 11000 per month. Candidates with up to one year of work experience will be considered. Compensation depending upon their current CTC however not more than INR 3,50,000/- per annum. The candidate will be on six months probation, post six months based on the performance he/she will be a confirmed.
