- Respond to customer inquiries
- Experience in quote creation, order booking and Return Material Authorization with fair understanding of Reverse Logistics
- Track any deviations from defined process (e.g. approval processes) and use appropriate escalation channels as defined in the guidelines
- Understand policies and regulatory framework wherever necessary
- Monitor and track that the SLAs are met/exceeded
- Prepare daily MIS reports
- Maintain quality, accuracy & TAT per SLA
