Scrum Master
Role Designation: Consultant
Educational Requirements: BE , BTech , MCA , MSc , MTech
Skill: BDD, TDD, SDLC

Responsibilities:
- Get to the heart of customer issues, diagnose problem areas, design innovative solutions and facilitate deployment resulting in client delight
- Lead small projects.
- Contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives.
- Adherence to the organizational guidelines and processes.
Technical and Professional Requirements:
- Professional Scrum certifications from Scrum Alliance (CSM, CSP, CSPO) or Scrum.org (PSM, PSPO, PSD) or PMI ( PMP, PMI-ACP),
- Coordinates and facilitates sprint/release planning meetings, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives and demos,
- Strong understanding of the SDLC,
- Ability to empower and motivate your team during each iteration,
- Driving successful delivery by outlining expectations and structure for the scrum team.,
- Experience with BDD would be highly regarded. TDD necessary.,
- A big focus on delivery but we are looking for someone who is motivated by the success of their team,
- Emphasis around agile disciplines,
- Focuses on resolving blockers to keep the team concentrated on the engineering tasks,
- Shields the team from external interference that might decrease focus,
- Ensures that the team lives by the values and practices of scrum,
- Coordinates tasks, documentation, and metrics between teams across sites,
- Compares Agile practices to ensure coordination and unity between the sites,
- Setting up and framing department activities, such as Engineering Huddles,
- Provides updates on Agile-scrum and software release progress weekly,
- Location of posting is driven by business needs.
