Key Skills / Abilities/Knowledge required: Should possess excellent interpersonal skills and have a solution orientation mind-set. Should be self-motivated and able to work independently, with a strong sense of urgency regarding timely follow up and customer service orientation with internal clients.

Ability to identify and collaborate with internal stakeholders and should have ability to work effectively with members of the staff and faculty.Proficiency in MS Office software, e-mail, electronic scheduling, databases and internet would be an added advantage.Strong communication skills - oral and written. Ability to effectively communicate across levels of management and executives in a professional as well as appropriate manner.Maintaining organized and accurate written and electronic records of all relevant work in the department and the results thereof.Ability to prioritize work opportunities in the department, and effectively manage the same.Will be required to work in shifts,Periodic travel may be required.

Education and Experience: Degree in Arts/Science / Commerce or in case of Ex-Service personnel equivalent civilian qualification secured in the services.

8-12 years’ handling assignments listed under major duties & responsibilities above in a large organization. Candidates should have hands on experience in working in an IT environment and have good IT skills. Should be fluent in English and Hindi. Knowledge of Kannada is required.

Desirable: Candidates with armed forces background
