- Must have experience in Company Incorporation, Drafting MOA, AOA & other secretarial work
- Organizational and time-management skills
- Handle all Company Secretarial compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
- Preparation of necessary E-forms & filing with Ministry of Corporate affairs.
- Organization, Preparation and maintenance of minutes of Board meeting, General meeting and other committee meetings under Companies Act, 2013.
- Preparation and maintenance of statutory registers and other Returns under Companies Act, 2013.
- To perform other duties as assigned by the Group Company secretary and management from time to time.
