Senior Account Officer Job in Aryan Granites and Monuments Pvt Ltd at Adambakkam, Adyar, Alwarpet, Chennai

• Prepared monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Statements for the Company and as well as its 2 Subsidiaries.
• Monitoring preparation of statements including Trial Balance, P & L A/c, Client Outstanding, Account Receivable / Payable, General Ledger, Receivable Management, Balance Sheets on monthly as well as annual basis.

·       Bank reconciliation and payment collection, Inward & outward remittance for Banks.

• Expertise in Audit preparation of yearly Financials in Audit format and submitting to auditors for auditing.
• Strong in Interaction with Auditors for Finalization of Accounts.
• Cash Flow Management and Budgeting.

·       Updating accounts payable and performing reconciliations

·       Maintaining vouchers, receipts, bills and payments

·       Reconciliation of sundry debtors and creditors

·       Updating accounts receivables and issuing invoices

·       Preparing weekly and monthly reports

·       Assisting in processing balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements

·       Filing GST and TDS returns.

·       Coordination with vendors and internal team.

·       Updating internal systems with financial data.
