Job Description
- Preparation of Books of Accounts, Accounting as
per the Indian Accounting Standards, GAAP
- Ensuring the Statutory, Internal & Tax Audit work of the books of accounts.
- Vouching, Verification, Reconciliation and
maintenance of Books of Accounts
- All Types of Bank Transaction like RTGS, NEFT,
ECS, fund transference.
- Operation of Net Banking & Payment of TDS,
Advance Tax, Professional Tax, VAT, DGFT, Service Tax, in the time frame of
respective Acts
- Preparation of Projected and Provisional
Financial Statements & MIS Reporting.
- Accounts Receivable: Sales Invoicing, Accounting
Client Receipts, Debtors Reconciliation, Debtors Balance Confirmation,
Preparation of Debtors Aging, Calculation of DSO
- Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss Accounts,
Quarterly, and Half Yearly & Yearly Report preparation, Branch Accounts,
Costing, and Revenue & Expenditure Control
- Registrar of companies compliances.(Ministry of
Corporate Affairs, ROC requirements)
- Maintenance of Fixed Assets Register, Preparation
of Financial Budgets etc., Debtors Reconciliation, Creditors Reconciliation
- Knowledge in handling Secretarial aspects
- Qualification: B.Com or M.Com or M.B.A (Finance) with Tally.
- Experience: 0 to 3 years
- Location: Vijayawada (Andhra Pradesh)
- NOTE: Excellent
communication skills is a prerequisite and candidates with knowledge on SAP B1
would be preferred.
