Job Description
Ø Preparation and filing Monthly of GST, TDS, and PF Returns.
Ø Raising Invoice and Purchase orders to Customers and Vendors
Ø Follow-up with Client for payments and Processing of payment to Vendors.
Ø Maintained payroll and processed Salaries for staff. Maintaining books of account (Tally)and Petty Cash.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Accounts Executive to oversee financial transactions, ensure accurate reporting, and manage tax compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting, financial management, and taxation while being proficient in accounting software and regulatory standards.
Ø Performing Bank Reconciliation (Interim and Final Reconciliation). Performing Month end tasks (Passing Journal entries for Accurals, Prepaid, and Utility Calculation.
Ø Preparation of Financial statements. Preparation of cash flow statements.
Ø Review of Voucher and recording of Journal entry in Tally.
Ø Tracked sales and customer information, producing monthly reports for upper management.
Ø Kept office documentation and filing system organized and update
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and auditing.
- Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, SAP, or Zoho Books.
- Advanced MS Excel skills for financial analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership abilities.
