We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to engage with potential customers and existing clients through outbound calls and emails. The role involves introducing our company and services, generating interest, and securing meetings. Strong communication skills, sales acumen, and the ability to build strong customer relationships are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers or existing clients using a provided contact list or database.
- Introduce and explain the company’s services to prospects, generating interest and securing meetings.
- Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening.
- Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions or information.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in a CRM system.
- Follow predefined scripts or guidelines to ensure consistent and professional communication.
- Build and maintain positive customer relationships for repeat business and loyalty.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams for follow-ups and customer feedback.
- Conduct surveys to assess customer satisfaction and identify improvement areas.
- Draft and send emails to prospective clients, design compelling email templates, and manage mailing lists.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.
- Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all customer interactions.
