Senior Call Support Agent (SCSA) /3 Posts
Essential: PG in Social Work/Degree in law from a recognized university. Experience: 3 yrs post qualification experience in handling of women issues/ call centre/support services.
Pay Scale : Rs.18,000
Call Support Agent (CSA)/ 6 Posts
Essential: PG in Social Work/Degree in law from a recognized university. Experience: Freshers or with 1 yr post qualification experience.
Pay Scale : Rs.15,000
IT Administrator /1Post
Essential: B.Tech/MCA/ any other graduate with diploma in Computer Science/Applications (Qualification should be recognized by AICTE/State Technical Board/Universities) Experience: 3 years experience in data management, web based reporting formats etc. in Govt./NGO/ IT sectors.
Pay Scale : Rs. 18,000
Selection Procedure: Shortlisted candidates shall be required to present their credentials for verification at the time of test/GD/interview.
