Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities of Counselors:
- Thorough knowledge on all the products offered by Aspirations Abroad
- Responsible for counseling the student
- Responsible for getting the students admission from the university
- Responsible for filing students VISA Responsible for achieving Intake targets consistently
- Responsible for enquiry generation through regular follow-ups to the walk-ins
- Responsible for High % of conversion -enquires vs. enrollment
- Responsible for day wise student collection transfer to H.O
- Responsible for center ambience
- To possess excellent Product knowledge
- Ability to council and convert with high percentage of success
- Responsible of branch administration and batch co-ordination
- Strive to achieve Intake targets
- Taking care of the business in the absence of manager
- Registers maintenance (All mandatory registers)
- Converting prospective inquiries to admissions
- To take-up daily activities like Tele calling, follow ups, conducting counseling sessions
- To get updates for next day activities from the manager in his/her absence
- Responsible for sending daily reports
- To update complete information in the INTERNAL
- Updating the manager before COB (Close Of Branch) on day activities
- Submitting the daily accounting reports in manager absence
