Job Title: Senior Customer Service Executive / Team Leader

Brief description :

  • Conducts underwriting back processing activities and acts as office-in charge in the absence of the Associate Client Manager.
  • Activities include processing complex transactions, handling customer complaints, attending in-country updates, report generation, and queue
  • Acts as subject matter expert for all lines of business 
  • Handles customer complaints
  • Manages working queues for proper utilization and task assignments
  • Generates different production and client-require reports
  • Acts as Trainer and facilitates in Operations-Supervised Training

Preferred skills:

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Strong Attention to Details 
  • Excellent presentation and layout skills
  • Customer service orientation
  • Good customer complaint handling
  • Initiative
  • Ability to function in a dynamic and changing environment
  • 15 years of education is mandatory.
