Job Description

  • Responsible for In house recruitment tasks.
  • Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, leaves, etc).
  • Handling recruitment, Fast TAT, Joining/Exit formalities, Induction/Orientation, Monthly Attendance, Maintaining Employee Database, preparing letters,.
  • Providing HR support to smaller teams and be the first point of contact.
  • Excellent understanding and fluency on various concepts of Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel - formatting.
  • Handling the entire recruitment cycle for Junior, Middle, and Senior level positions.
