HR Recruiter Job Description
  • Candidate should be responsible for entire Recruitment Cycle Sourcing, Short listing, Interviewing.
  • Searching of suitable candidates through various sources like Job Portals, Head-hunting, databases and referrals.
  • Having knowledge on Job portals like Naukri, Monster, Times jobs etc.
  • Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
  • Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment.
  • Posting the requirements of the Clients on job portals & sending bulk mails through portals to get relevant Profiles.
  • Conducting telephonic/preliminary Interviews of candidates to check their technical skills, communication skills and suitability as per the requirement of the clients
  • Briefing the candidates about the job profile, responsibilities, Salary Packages, and client’s profile etc.
  • Advising on the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database.
  • Must keep complete follow up with candidates and clients, and scheduling the interviews within given time limit and close the position.
  • Can close junior to senior level positions.
  • Salary negotiation with clients and candidates
