- Excellent knowledge of job portals and End-to-End Recruitment.
- Deep knowledge of recruitment techniques
- Candidate should be responsible for entire Recruitment Cycle Sourcing, Short listing, Interviewing.
- Searching of suitable candidates through various sources like Job Portals, Head-hunting, databases and referrals.
- Having knowledge on Job portals like Naukri, Monster, Times jobs etc.
- Sourcing suitable candidates and briefing them on the opportunities offered by the client.
- Assessing and responding to the needs of each particular client or assignment.
- Posting the requirements of the Clients on job portals & sending bulk mails through portals to get relevant Profiles.
- Conducting telephonic/preliminary Interviews of candidates to check their technical skills, communication skills and suitability as per the requirement of the clients
- Briefing the candidates about the job profile, responsibilities, Salary Packages, and client’s profile etc.
- Advising on the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database.
- Must keep complete follow up with candidates and clients, and scheduling the interviews within given time limit and close the position.
- Can close junior to senior level positions.
- Salary negotiation with clients and candidates
