Job Description
Job Title: Team Lead / Senior Specialist – Learning & Transformation
Career Level: CL-11 / CL-10
Location: Bengaluru/ Mumbai / Gurgaon (On-site or Hybrid)
Experience Required: 5–8 years of relevant experience
Education: Minimum 16 years of full-time relevant Bachelor education. Relevant masters
degree will be advantage.
Summary:
As a Team member in the Learning & Transformation Business Innovation & Human skills
team, you will drive impactful learning initiatives, facilitate training sessions, and manage
end-to-end program delivery.
You will be responsible for developing new learning modules and redesigning existing
content.
This role requires strong facilitation skills, program management expertise, and a passion
for nurturing talent through innovative and experiential learning methods.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Facilitate Training & Coaching:
- Deliver engaging training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences.
- Ensure delivery of program hours as per defined targets and quality standards.
Program Management & Impact:
- Support end-to-end program lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
- Support to track and measure program effectiveness using impact metrics and feedback
loops.
