Job Description: Senior Manager – Physical Security Services
Location: Delhi
Job Type: Full-time
Experience required: 7 to 10 years (Ex-Army Officers with relevant
experience preferred)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager to handle all aspects of operations, client management, office administration, HR functions, and compliance for our Physical Security Services Company in Delhi. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, knowledge of security industry regulations, and the ability to manage a large workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations & Security Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the security services company.
- Ensure proper deployment, monitoring, and performance of security personnel.
- Develop and implement security policies and operational strategies.
- Conduct site inspections and audits to ensure service quality.
2. Client Handling & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Address and resolve client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
- Ensure timely service delivery and contract compliance.
- Identify opportunities for business growth and acquire new clients.
3. Office & Staff Management
- Supervise office staff and ensure smooth workflow.
- Assign responsibilities and monitor performance.
- Maintain office discipline, punctuality, and productivity.
4. HR & Workforce Management
- Oversee recruitment, training, and on boarding of security personnel.
- Implement HR policies and ensure compliance with labour laws.
- Manage payroll, attendance, and employee grievances.
- Conduct performance appraisals and recommend promotions or terminations.
5. Compliance & Legal Regulations
- Ensure company compliance with government and security industry regulations.
- Maintain documentation for licenses, contracts, and employee records.
- Stay updated on labour laws and security service regulations in Delhi.
- Liaise with law enforcement and regulatory bodies when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Experience: 7 to 10 years in security services or a similar managerial role.
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Security Management, or a related field.
- Preferred Background: Ex-Army Officers with relevant private security industry experience.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
- Knowledge of compliance, labour laws, and licensing requirements for security companies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and security management software (if applicable).
