Job Description
Responsible for bulk hiring into Sales for West Region.
• Making the use of prominent technology portal Shine, Naukri.com & LinkedIn for
sourcing best candidates.
• Sourcing suitable candidates from various database, online portals & references.
• Visiting branches for closing the positions by arranging a walk-in drive.
• Achieving monthly target with the given TAT.
• Self-sourcing in every month via offered candidates, groups & job portals.
• Screening applicants & shortlist the candidates for further evaluation to business.
• Offering the selected candidates by complete background verification &
employment documentation.
• Ensuring new hire joins within the agreed timeframe.
