Employee Position: Senior Marketing & Business Development Associate (Full-time)
Office Location: BKC Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and Delhi
Roles and Responsibilities
- Understand and develop a marketing and business development strategy in accordance with the overall company’s goals and vision.
- Develop and maintain strategic long term trusting relationships with all types of customers and channels especially high volume customers to accomplish organic growth
- Communicate company services via Calling and E-mail and also build relationships in order to uncover prospect needs
- Prepare, manage and execute marketing plans for intended services.
- Support Sales, Marketing, Revenue Generation, and Brand Promotions, communicate with target audiences, build and develop customer relationships
- Conducting and executing Marketing Activities in - terms of Area Mapping, Branding, Schools Colleges Presentations.
- Present and demonstrate company products to potential clients. And to make a presentation to small and large audiences. Responsible for generating leads through different activities.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from various engagement and activities including institutional, corporate, and retail areas
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires.
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data and leads (social media, web analytics, rankings, etc.)
- Digital marketing planning and execution including social media, Quora, LinkedIn, etc with SEO and SMM.
- Update spreadsheets, databases, and inventories with statistical, financial, and non-financial information. Work with other software to maintain information and communicate effectively.
- Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts.
- Report to senior management as required and work with team members to achieve goals.
- Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases, etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
- Create awareness of and develop the brand through marketing and networking.
- Run social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement.
- Co-operating teams to develop integrated marketing activities to which includes Planning, Advertising, public relations, event organization, product development, sponsorship & research
- Any other tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements:
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases, CRM software, use of Canva, google docs,
- Masters in business administration, sales, or similar relevant field
- Previous working experience in Marketing & Business Development for 2-3 years
- Experience in sales and customer services in the Ed Tech industry
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Aptitude in networking and building relationships
- Excellent time and project management skills
- Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines
- Problem-solving and negotiation aptitude
- Our ideal candidate should be able to identify customer needs and is passionate about exceeding client expectations.
- Ultimately, should have good business acumen, creativity, and be able to work well with a team.
- Proven working experience in relevant field
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases, CRM software, Canva, google docs.
- Computer proficiency (MS Office, digital editing, web search)
- Excellent communication and active listening skills
You are required to have stable, fast internet and a laptop with relevant software.
- Start Date: Immediately
- Work Timing: 10-7:30 PM (Weekdays), 10-6 PM (Saturday)
- Work Days: Monday - Saturday. One Saturday of the month is a holiday
Process Details (Rounds/Levels of the selection process):
- Round 1: Phone call with supervisor post shortlisting
- Round 2: Completion of assigned Task, Post submission & review of the task.
- Round 3/Final round: Online Interview with Recruitment panel
