• Monitor daily reports to identify risks to achieving performance standards from a quality, timeliness and throughput perspective. 
• Communicate these risks to Business Operation management and provide suggestions on corrective action plans and process improvements.
• Provide leadership and display enthusiastic commitment to behaviors and values consistent with creating a positive, motivating and collaborative work climate.
• Ensure both consistency of and compliance with DMCS project policies/procedures and performance standards. 
• Review, identify and document deficiencies in operational plans. 
• Works with Business Operation team on corrective action plans, monitor corrective action plans and identify issues and risks associated with the corrective action plan.
• Follow processes and operational policies in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Interact with partners, client and Genius Group Global peers, normally involving matters between functional areas, other company divisions or units, client and the company.
• Perform audits and inspections of inventory and facilities.
• Complete administrative tasks and reporting functions on a timely basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership

The Ideal Candidate will Possess the Following Additional Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree highly desired, will consider work in a related field or four (3) years of relevant experience
• Tactical financial operations management experience of a limited scope with a moderate degree of complexity required
• Must be able to maintain strong working relationship with partners, client and peers
• Experience and knowledge in a financial setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Adept at using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word and Excel
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in a Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) environment, managing multiple functional areas with various Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in addition to the following:

• Must be forward thinking, able to evaluate changes in volume, project impacts and plan accordingly
• Lead employees using a performance management and development process that provides an overall context and framework to encourage employee contribution and includes goal setting, feedback and performance development planning
• Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations for productivity, quality and goal accomplishment
• Maintain transparent communication. 
• Appropriately communicate organization information through department meetings, one-on-one meetings, and appropriate email, IM and regular interpersonal communication
• Provide oversight and direction to 40+ employees in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures
• Plan and allocate resources to accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goals
