Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Screening of profiles for client needs
- Interview Coordination
- Maintaining database
- Client follow-ups
- Regular candidate connect till onboarding
Experience and skills:
- 5-8 Years of Experience
- Any graduate
- Proven experience in the BFSI sector or into Non- IT recruitment
- Mandatory to have good communication
- Preferred candidates from Chennai and immediate joiners
Interview rounds:
- Telephonic with HM and Video discussion with Business Head
