Job Summary
We are looking for a high-performing, results-driven Senior Sales Consultant to join our dynamic sales team. As a seasoned sales professional, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing client relationships, closing deals, and exceeding sales targets. The role demands a strong understanding of consultative selling, market dynamics, and customer engagement strategies. Key Responsibilities
1. Client Acquisition & Lead Generation

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, inbound leads, and industry events.

Build and manage a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring continuous prospecting.

Conduct thorough research to understand clients' businesses, challenges, and buying behaviors.
2. Consultative Selling

Understand client needs and offer tailored product or service solutions.

Present proposals, deliver demonstrations or product walkthroughs, and conduct strategic consultations.

Articulate the value proposition clearly and help prospects understand ROI, cost-benefit, and competitive differentiation.
3. Sales Execution

Own the full sales cycle from first contact to closing.

Prepare and negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to align with company policies and customer expectations.

Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, KPIs, and conversion rates.
4. Client Relationship Management

Maintain long-term relationships with key accounts and ensure ongoing client satisfaction.

Conduct periodic follow-ups, upselling, and cross-selling to increase account value.

Address client concerns and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
5. Market Intelligence & Reporting

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry news to identify opportunities and threats.

Provide feedback to product and marketing teams to influence offerings, positioning, and strategy.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates for management review.
6. Mentoring & Team Collaboration

Support junior sales team members with training, shadowing, and sharing best practices.

Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams to align on go-to-market strategies.

Contribute to the development of sales tools, presentations, scripts, and training materials.
