· Handling queries over telephone, email or chat.
· Should be prompt in replying to queries.
· Combining Sales and Marketing skills with Technical knowledge to create and deliver appropriate counselling/sales pitch.
· Create business strategies for specific leads and convert all to opportunities and sales.
· Defining strategies for assigned Leads.
· Expertise in establishing excellent networking skills.
· Clear understanding of negotiation points.
· Establish and monitor numerous activities to maximize the business
· Expertise in defining alternate domains to ensure assigned business growth.
· Develop and maintain relations with prospective referral sources.
· Ensure on time settlements to attain monthly plus annual goals.
Desired Skills & Experience
Graduate/ Post Graduate from any stream (BE or Marketing preferred)
Good oral & written communication skills
Excellent analytical skills
Good Team Player
Ability to complete large volumes of work quickly and independently
High level of drive, initiative and self-motivation
Avid internet user, with strong inclination towards technology
Familiarity with Internet search industry preferred
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
Good Communication Skill.
Confidence, Communication & Comprehension, Sales Acumen.
