 POSITION

Senior Sales Manager – CRM

 Job Location: Chinar Park, Kolkata
 Salary: Negotiable – Based on experience & suitability
 Job Type: Full-Time
 Experience: 7–12+ Years
 Qualification: MBA – Sales & Marketing preferred

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Implement, manage and monitor the company’s CRM system covering 1,000+ customers.

• Maintain detailed customer records, including monthly consumption, product specifications, service requirements, purchase patterns and special requests.

• Analyse customer data and coordinate with the sales team to improve customer retention and business development.

• Lead, plan and monitor the performance of approximately 50 Area Sales Managers across West Bengal.

• Track sales activities, customer follow-ups, market coverage and team performance through the CRM.

• Ensure effective CRM adoption and proper utilization by the sales team.

• Develop systematic customer relationship management processes and improve customer engagement.

• Coordinate with senior management and sales teams to identify business opportunities and address customer requirements.

• Monitor sales performance against targets and provide regular reports and updates to management.

• Support the sales team in strengthening relationships with existing industrial customers and developing new business opportunities.

 CANDIDATE PROFILE

The ideal candidate should have:

 7–12+ years of experience in B2B / Industrial Sales.

 Strong knowledge of industrial sales, lubricants, automotive oils, manufacturing or related sectors will be advantageous.

 Hands-on experience using CRM software/platforms.

 Proven experience managing and monitoring large sales teams.

 Strong leadership, communication and customer relationship management skills.

 Ability to analyse customer data and sales performance.

 Strong reporting, planning and coordination capabilities.

 Ability to manage multiple customer accounts and sales activities systematically.

 MBA in Sales & Marketing will be preferred.
