Job Description
1. Lead and oversee all inspection and corrosion management
activities to ensure the safe and reliable operation of offshore
facilities in line with the ADNO Asset Integrity Management
System (AIMS) and HSE requirements. Lead and oversee
inspection and corrosion programs to ensure asset integrity for
offshore facilities per ADNOC's Asset Integrity Management
System and HSE guidelines. 2. Provide strategic integrity advice
to management, resolving technical issues in compliance with
international codes, company standards, and best practices. 3.
Implement and maintain Inspection Management System (IMS)
and Corrosion Management System (CMS), ensuring up-to-date
integrity status, major threat tracking, and mitigation closure. 4.
Assess and integrate advanced NDT and non-intrusive
inspection (NII) techniques to reduce shutdowns and improve
inspection efficiency. 5. Prepare and deliver periodic integrity
reports, advising on risk mitigation strategies and asset life
extension programs. 6. Provide technical support/advice to all
inspection and corrosion activities necessary to ensure that
integrity of all plants and equipment at offshore are maintained
as per Asset Integrity Management System and HSE
requirements and reports to Integrity Team Leader. 7. Provide
feedback on assets integrity status to Management and deliver
technical advice to resolve integrity issues timely and in
compliance to Codes, Standards and Company Code of
Practices/GDL's. 8. Identify facilities integrity threats and ensure
implementation of short and long-term mitigations to reduce risk
to ALARP (As Low as Reasonably Practical) level. 9. Monitors the
training process at site to develop UAE nationals & other new
employees. Conducts assessment and verification of Entry Point
Employees (EPE) competency development
