Job Description
Summary:
As a Technology Educator, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the skills of technology professionals by providing foundational training in technology, delivery, professional development, and industry content. Your responsibilities will include contributing to course content development and creating questions for certification and assessments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Develop and deliver training sessions on 5G Wireless Networks & Technologies (Core & Radio)
- Assist in creating engaging course content for technology training programs.
- Facilitate discussions and interactive sessions to enhance learning outcomes.
- Evaluate and provide feedback on participants' progress and performance.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials are up-to-date and relevant.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in 5G Wireless Networks & Technologies.
- Strong understanding of wireless communication protocols and technologies.
- Experience in designing and implementing training programs for technology professionals.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Familiarity with assessment and evaluation techniques for training effectiveness.
