Job Description
Job Type- Full-Time
Key Responsibilities:
1. Keyword Research and Analysis:
-
Learn and assist in researching relevant keywords using SEO tools such as Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, SEMrush, or Ahrefs.

Analyze competitors’ keyword strategies and identify content gaps.
-
Help create keyword lists for blog topics, product pages, and landing pages.
2. On-Page SEO Support:
-
Assist in optimizing meta titles, descriptions, headers (H1, H2, etc.), and image alt texts.

Help ensure proper internal linking and content structure across the website.

Collaborate with content writers and developers to align SEO best practices with page content and layout.

Check and suggest improvements in URL structure, canonical tags, and schema markup (after training).
3. Off-Page SEO Support:
-
Assist in link-building activities such as directory submissions, guest posting outreach, and social bookmarking.

Research potential backlink opportunities through competitor analysis.
-
Maintain records of backlinks created and track their impact.
4. Content Optimization and Assistance:
-
Support the SEO team in optimizing existing blog posts and web content for target keywords.
-
Help with proofreading, formatting, and publishing content on content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.

Suggest improvements to content readability and keyword placement.
5. Technical SEO Monitoring:
-
Assist in identifying technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, broken links, and duplicate content.

Learn how to use tools like Google Search Console, Screaming Frog, and PageSpeed Insights.

Report errors to the technical team and help verify fixes.
6. Reporting and Analytics:
-
Generate basic performance reports using Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

Track organic traffic, keyword rankings, and bounce rates.
-
Monitor progress against SEO goals and KPIs under the guidance of the SEO team.
7. Learning and Development:

Stay up-to-date with SEO trends, algorithm updates, and digital marketing developments.

Attend internal training sessions, webinars, and workshops as assigned.
-
Complete SEO certifications and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
