Job Description
- Service Co-ordinator
- Register the received Service Call
- Inform customer about the Registry of the Service Call
- Discuss with Service Manager and assign service call
- Inform Customer about the visit time of the Engineer
- Monitor to expiry of Warranty / AMC / CMC period of the product with customer
- Send AMC / CMC proposals to the customer
- Send Estimation of spares / Paid service call to customer
- Monitor the Service Engineer expenses
- Dispatch Spares against Service Call and track till it reaches the consignee
- Maintain Service Spares Log
- Co-ordinating with Manufacturer for replacement of spares during warranty of the machine
- Generate Invoices for Service Department.
- Prepare Service MIS / Reports
- Maintain customer file with all Service reports and service agreements
- Experience: 0-1yrs
- Designation: Service Coordinator
- Salary: 10-12k
- Good Communication Skills.
