Job Role: Service Coordinator
Any Graduate with a pleasing personality, having excellent communication skills in English, Bengali and Hindi is desired for this position.
The candidate must be very good with calculations, and should have a good hand on exp with MS office tool. Ms Excel, Ms -Word and Ms Power-point primarily.
Customer Handling (over the phone) ,Vendor management Communication skills , Raising PO's & quotations , Collecting prices of different IT products from vendors , Doing comparison analysis , Perform first level of technical troubleshooting for all IT calls will be the strong forte of the position holder.
