We have Opening For Technical Support Voice profile in a Leading MNC company.
Role- Service Desk Voice Support.
Job Description- Provide Technical Support for resolution of customer IT Problem, Incidents, Issues, request and quires. Liaise with other support teams or product teams as require to resolve request/issues in a timely manner.
Answer Customer quires over the calls or emails. Take escalations/supervisor calls when is required.
Job Skill- Expert in customer service proficient in soft skill experience with Networking.
Good in MS office 365,Windows trouble shooting skill - Os level, ISO OSI, routing, Cloud computing,Good in Communication Skill.Good Team Player.
