Job Description
Service Desk(Analyst/Sr. Analyst)
Experience: (6Months-3 yrs for L1)
Roles and Responsibilities -
- Provide hardware / software / network problem diagnosis / resolution via telephone global calls /email/chat for customer’s end users
- Should be ready for 24*7 shift
- Very good in communication
- Provide level 1 remote desktop support and perform other activities based on SOPs
- Respond to, and diagnose, problems through discussions with users, including problem recognition, logs, research, isolation, resolution
- Route problems to internal 2nd and 3rd level IT support staff.
- Troubleshoot client software and basic network connectivity problems
Important Points –
- Max offer Salary for L1 – 6 months to 1 year – 3L, 1-3 years – 4.5L(30-40% hike from last drawn salary) and Age limit is 30.
- Max offer Salary for L2 – 3 years to 5 year – 6L (30-40% hike from last drawn salary) and Age limit is 35.
- Any Grads with International voice experience
- Rounds of Interview: Aptitude, V&A, Online test and Ops round.
PFD Technical questions for ops round.
- Active directory
- VPN types
- ITSM tools
- Routing protocols
- ISP support
- networking LAN & WAN
- windows OS ( servers)
- DHCP,DNS,TCP/IP,UDP.
- monitoring tools server
- Telnet , remote acess.
- Linux OS
