Job Description
- Logging customers complaints of Desktops, Laptops, Servers or any IT peripherals under warranty, AMC or new installation.
- Assigning calls to field engineer(s) and taking call update after attended by field engineer,
- Coordination with customers and keep them update on the call status.
- Coordinating with internal stores, office boys on spares delivery to customers.
- Follow up with field engineer on call reports signed by the customer after the closure of calls.
- Good knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook.
- Customer centric in convincing building relation.
- Monitoring of TAT.
- Generating MIS report on daily, weekly, monthly, etc.
