Job Description

· Technically support over calls

· Call assigning & transferring to technical team.

· IT User Support on Phone, Email & Tool

· Ensure that tickets are responded/resolved within SLA and follow up with respective stakeholders

· Voice support to remote users

· Voice support & chat handle

· Call Management & Escalation.

· Working on IT Tickets.

· Vendor co-ordination &management.

· Technical Support to IT Users through calls and chats.

· Generate the various performances related reports.

· Any other related activity.

· Requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills as well as strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

· Accountable to answer customer requests and assisting customer either by email/chat or over the phone.
