Meet with clients to understand their security requirements and recommend appropriate CCTV solutions.

Design CCTV systems based on client specifications, site assessments, and industry best practices.

Install CCTV cameras, cables, monitors, and other necessary equipment at client sites according to design specifications and safety standards.

Set up and configure CCTV systems, including cameras, recording devices, and networking components for remote monitoring if required.

Conduct thorough testing of installed systems to ensure functionality and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or malfunctions promptly.

Perform regular maintenance tasks such as cleaning cameras, checking connections, updating firmware, and replacing faulty components to ensure system reliability.

Maintain accurate records of installations, maintenance activities, and client interactions. Provide detailed documentation and reports as needed.

Train clients on how to operate and maintain their CCTV systems effectively. Provide technical support and guidance as required.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and codes of practice related to CCTV installations and operations.

Stay updated on the latest CCTV technologies, industry trends, and best practices through training and professional development activities.
