Job Description – Service Engineer
Location: Jammu Kashmir
Department: Service
Experience: 1–3 Years
Qualification: Diploma/ITI in Mechanical, Automobile or Electrical
Role Purpose
To provide installation, servicing, troubleshooting and maintenance support for Putzmeister machines and equipment at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
Attend customer complaints and service calls within the required TAT.
Install, inspect, repair and maintain Putzmeister equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic and electrical issues.
Conduct preventive maintenance and machine inspections.
Carry out breakdown repairs and ensure timely machine restoration.
Maintain service reports, job cards and spare-parts records.
Coordinate with customers and the service team for smooth resolution of issues.
Follow company safety and service standards.
Required Skills
Good knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic and electrical systems.
Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel to customer/project sites.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and service reporting.
