Job Description:
- Should be proficient to in parallel trouble- shoot & Solve technical Problems, Service issues at site.
- The Responsible for answering Service Calls from Customers promptly, in the assigned territory.
- To generate revenue for the Company by selling Annual Maintenance & Comprehensive Maintenance contracts.
- Plan, Execute and Participate in Symposium, Workshops and Demonstrations.
- Resolve technical problems and Identify or create solutions for technical problems using systematic problem-solving and statistical methodologies.
- Should be involved in Installation and Commissioning of Equipments.
- Should be accountable for all the sales and service activity in the assigned territory.
- Should be in parallel capable of Resolving Problem Situation, collecting & Submitting Feedback information to the company.
