Job Description:

Compile and communicate spares / service requirement to customer & within company.
Update and maintain customer equipment history files.
Training and post installation service support to customer personal.
Install / commission / trial production / handover of equipment
Fault diagnosis/resolution of equipment failures
Repair & service equipment
Receive and follow up service calls from customers.
