- Compile and communicate spares / service requirement to customer & within company.
- Update and maintain customer equipment history files.
- Training and post installation service support to customer personal.
- Install / commission / trial production / handover of equipment
- Fault diagnosis/resolution of equipment failures
- Repair & service equipment
- Receive and follow up service calls from customers.
