Main duties and responsibilities:
- Carry out troubleshooting, repairs and servicing of capital equipment like washing machine, refrigerator and commercial kitchen equipment like cooking range, bain marie, oven, milk boiler and water boiler etc.
- Conduct technical training to team members and Customers when required. Write accurate professional reports on technical issues and interfacing with all involved functions.
- Organizing routine servicing schedules.
- Experience: 2-3 years of relevant working experience in the related field is preferred for this position.
- Qualification Knowledge: Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or Equivalent to IIT wiring and cabling
- The ability to work quickly and under pressure
- The ability to manage a varied workload
- Good problem-solving skills
- The initiative to work on your own or as part of a team
- An awareness of health and safety legislation.
