Service executive
Job Description
- Must perform installations of our GPS devices in customer site
- Must perform trouble shooting of faulty GPS devices in customer site
- Must monitor for faulty devices in customer site and must take appointments with customer for trouble shooting
- Must coordinate with customer regarding faulty devices and report to respective supervisor on daily basis
- Must have good communication skills and must be able to handle customers
- Must be good in local language and English
- Must be able to travel to any customer sites and must be flexible in working after working hours if required
- This is a quite urgent requirement and must be joining immediately and
- freshers are preferred
