Job Description
- Testing, Troubleshooting and repairing of microcontroller based systems
- Troubleshooting customer reported problems – Remote support and On-site support.
- Identifying root causes for the problems and taking corrective and preventive steps.
- Installation of product related software.
- Providing training to the customer on product, software and solutions.
- Assisting in R&D activities
Required Skills:
- Good Knowledge of basic Digital electronics and microprocessor based systems
- Good reasoning, analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Good listening skills
