Manage the shift schedules of operators, allocate job to maintenance & contract supervisor as per schedules & requirements and provide shop floor training to the team.
Supervise day to day production activities as per defined process parameters by regular conditional monitoring and assist to resolve the deviations like leakages, spillages & unsafe conditions.
Maintain good Housekeeping standards in the plant for smooth operations.
Ensure availability of raw materials & finished goods by communicating with other divisions & departments like stores & material.
Handle emergency situations & inform the superiors for any deviation, act as an incident controller in absence of SMC - Site Main Controller.
Qualification: Any Graduation
Experience: Freshers
Salary: 12k to 18k
